Will bleach fix it?

I got my hair done a few weeks ago and it's like very light blonde almost white and we couldn't bleach it all the way to what we wanted because we used 40 vol bleach twice and it's still very heathy but we didn't want to risk anything and also this is all that it would lift so I have another appt in 2 weeks and we're going to bleach it again to get it to 100% white but rn it like I'll tone it with blue toner and after a day it'll be bright yellow and it's really weird. Will it stop doing that once we finish with the bleaching?

Yes. The thing is that when you lift brown it goes to orange, from that to yellow and from yellow to a more true blonde. The only way to get past those stages is to lift a bit more until it's manageable by your toner. Your toner itself isn't powerful enough to completely rid your hair of yellow if its really prominent

My biggest problem is that I have streaks of yellow because ok so like last year I had bleached and brown streaks in my hair then a few months ago I went ombré and she never took off the color before putting on the dye for the ombré so now when we bleached it I hav white streaks and really yellow/ orange streaks and they're really gross.

So she did all of it incorrectly.. honestly, sometimes you have to tell them what you've noticed, that way they really understand your expectations, you know? I'm sure bleaching well help, no doubt, but still, bring it up.

Yea, once it was dry she realized that it had the streaks in there but also she's moving back to LA in like a month so this'll be my last time having her do my hair (which is sad bcuz she's really nice and awesome) but I'm going to go back to my old hair person who was really good so yea but yea I really hope the bleaching will help >~<
