Small red bumps on chin..

I have these pesky small red bumps on my chin and forehead and I've tried to use acne products on them and nothing seems to work. Any ideas what it is/ how to clear it up? I'll post a picture.

Being diligent with exfoliating and using a toner is what cleared then up for me. (Mine were on my forehead but look the same)
