A belt at your waistline. My favorite accessory with a dress. Maybe a brown one as I can't tell what colors are in the pattern.

Yup you can use a thick belt on the smallest part of your waist to accentuate your hourglass figure. Also I would suggest cutting the dress above the knee because your legs are a great attribute to show off and with a shorter dress it will accentuate more the hourglass shape.
