Let me start by saying I work overnight (11pm-7am). I've had to flip everything around to suit my needs and that includes my face routine. I typically wash my face before work around 10ish. Then come home and sleep for around 4-5 hours then I'm up again. I might wash it again depending on how I'm feeling. I feel like that's too much Washing in a short period of time. My question is which washing session can I drop or even substitute with a spray cleanser.

I find I can sleep just removing all makeup with remover wipes - and not wake up with breakouts if I use a good wipe (haven't had trouble with yes to cucumbers and burts bees) so I would say skip the washing before bed and only wash it when you wake up - that's usually enough for me on those busy days - but I make sure to wash twice a day on weekends

I'd cleanse at night then I'd just wash the face with water, pat dry then spray on rose water and wait till that drys then put on moisturiser, I just feel like that the face would be dirtier after work than after getting out of bed
