So I found this skirt and I'm wondering what type of top and what type of shoe ( heel, flats,etc) to wear for my brother's graduation :) please help lol I'm new to the skirt scene :)

I'd wear a white tank with ruffles near the chest area, I don't know the specific name. & sandals. I'd accessorize with gold jewelry.

I would try and find a fitted shirt (or tank whatever is your style) in that green color for a slightly different look! Try forever21 basics collection. And maybe white wedges or a casual nude heel.

I think the same as Shanae,blouses with ruffles would look cute! And for the shoes,maybe nude heels/sandals :)
