I would do a nice bracelet but not overdo it with a lot of jewelry, I think simple is good for an interview.

I think maybe just a nice bracelet or even cuff and a long necklace. Like Shanae said I wouldn't overdo it. By the way it's a pretty dress!

It might just be me but I don't think this is an appropriate dress for an interview (I'm assuming it's a job interview?) as it's a bit form fitting.
Maybe a longer. Skater skirt with tights or trousers and a nice blouse or a less form fitting dress with a blazer?
