i always do foundation first because i usually can just sweep away fallout with my fan brush or powder. i sometimes intend to do my eyes first but habit always makes me forget and i end up applying my foundation and then realize its too late. plus i like having a nice even canvas and i feel without foundation on my upper lids you can sometimes see veins and the color of my brow bones doesnt match my skin .
