depends day to day foundation then eyes but if I am doing a dramatic eye then it's eyes before foundation to make clean up easier

BB Cream/Tinted Moisturizer (I don't wear foundation) first, then concealer, then eyes. Even if I do a heavy eye look, I have to do it that way first and then just deal with cleanup. Just a weird quirk I have.

I always do my eyes first Just in case there is fall out from eyeshadow and it also gives your moisturizer time to settle in on your face. I'm not a morning person and if I'm running short on time I can just quickly put on tinted moisturizer

It depends. If I'm wearing shadow then I do that first then my foundation. If I'm just wearing liner & mascara I do my foundation first :)

foundation. if I have fallout which is rare I just use a non oil based makeup remover and a qtip and conceal afterwards.
