Hello beauties!! I have decided to dye my natural black hair a light brown. I'm so excited. I've been thinking about it for years. Can anyone suggest a great affordable hair bleach? I plan on going to Sally's after work. I called ahead and they were eager to help. Also what's a good coloring brand. I wanted a purple but I figured I would start light first lol.
