I personally don't think it suits you, I hope that doesn't sound rude. If you want to get something pierced, I think a stud would look nice.

I agree that a nose stud would look better.

I think you have the perfect nose for a septum. I like how thin the DIY one is too.

I think if you like it you should get it, if then you decide you don't like it you could take it off is not a permanent thing. In my opinion you look good with it. if you decide to get it pierced make sure you get it done by a professional.

My septum didn't hurt, there was the slight pain that you get with any other piercing when they put the jewellery in. They also don't pierce through cartilage. Tight fitting septum rings suit pretty much anyone in my opinion, horse shoes on the other hand do not.

My septum didn't hurt either, it did however bleed lol, the clamps are the uncomfortable part but after that it's all easy. Make sure if you get it you know whether you'd like it tucked up or down for the first few weeks because doing it yourself does sting. If you don't like it or decide you'd rather have it out on a more temporary basis you can always tuck it up :)

I like it but I think an embellished one would look sooo adorable on you.
