My hg is Nyc liquid liner. It's amazing. I just ran out of mine so I found a picture online. My eyes water a lot and it stays put. I also like the Stila stay all day liner.

No its very easy to control and create a thick/skinny line. It's also so easy to do winged liner. The Stila has a matte finish. Both do. here's a pic of the Stila applicator.

Get Kat Von D's Tattoo Liner. It is my holy grail and when I say that I mean I am NEVER EVER buying a nothing liquid eyeliner EVER!! Instead of having a felt too applicator it has bristles like a paint brush so the edge is always sharp and never breaks off or dulls down like felt tip applicators do. It is super black and dries matte and is so easy to apply. I wear huge winged liner everyday and I have tried so many liquid liners to perfect my cat eye. This is the only one that does it for me. And it is on the cheaper side for a high end brand. It's only $18 at Sephora and it will last you at least 6 months. It's amazing!!

I agree with Emma. I never use anything besides Kat Von D's tattoo liner for black liquid liner.
