You could put your hair in a braid and leave that overnight or you can flat iron the braids, but I don't know if you can braid your hair?

When I get out of the shower I put my hair in French braids then sleep on it. Just make sure it's dry before you take it out

Use a curling wand and then wait for the curls to get "cold", get a brush and comb through them a couple of times, in my hair I do this the night of the day before I want this look, because in the "right now" time, it gets REAL big. :) hope that helped.
