Honestly just anything lightweight and neutral will work. Keep in mind who your model is and what they look light and give them something light and natural.

Stick to brown and cream colored shadows for the eyes to just subtly enhance them. A really natural pink or red (it depends on the models coloring) is good for the lip and a light pink blush just give the model a bit of warmth to their face.

Good luck! I'm an esthetician as well, you will do great. all requirements are different so go with any advice from your instructor but also a light foundation or bb cream, simple eyeshadow with 2 or 3 nude, browns & taupes a light blush peachy or pink depending on your model and a light lip color.
