You can't change your natural lip color. Just wear lipstick. If you find that your lipstick colors don't look right because of how pigmented your lips are then take whatever is left on your foundation brush after applying your foundation and brush it on your lips to blank them out.

Any sort of light/pink tinted lip products lol. Lipstick, gloss, chapstick. If you're referring to natural methods, I don't know of any. Dior makes this stuff called Lip Glow that enhances your natural lip color. It's available in pink and coral, maybe you should check that out.

Well, there's always permanent makeup but I'm not sure how old you are. I'm going to get my lip liner permanently done soon and I've seen people do full colour :) but besides that all you can really do is lip stick.

If you only have darker shades, add a little foundation to your lips and blend by rubbing your lips together!
