I recommend loreal true match lumi.. unless it's like 90 degrees outside, I have yet to find a good dry skin foundation for warmer temperatures. Anyways, it's amazing for dry skin in my opinion, I have dry patches and it makes my skin look flawless. It's about $11.

Yeah I was thinking the maybelline was as well, I just don't want my sister to get a foundation that isn't right for her skin she has a tough time getting foundation

I really like the ysl Touch? Eclat foundation for high end. The color selection isn't huge if you have yellow undertones though. Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk is also incredible for dry skin.
