Opinions? Lots of Products!

I went through pretty much ALL of the products that Ulta and Sephora sell and came up with a little list of products that I'm interested in.

There are makeup products, skincare products, and brushes so I just put it all in makeup instead of making two separate threads (makeup and skincare) and clogging up the forum. Hope that's okay!

Any opinions on any of these products would be greatly appreciated!

The setting spray is nice. :) didn't notice a difference in the longevity of my makeup, but it made my face look flawless. I also like that sponge, works well.

Thanks, Renay! I've been looking at the sponge for awhile so I figured I might as well put it on my list. As for the setting spray I currently don't use one and I've heard good things about it so I figured I'd get a travel size and try it out (:

I like the cc cream. Great for sensitive skin and lasts a while. I also think the real techniques brushes are a good value for the price. I have a few I use all the time. I haven't tried the exact Kat Von D lipstick you said but I've used some of the others and love them. The colors are awesome and the stay is fantastic.

I recommend the KVD lipsticks. I'm wearing Motörhead in one of my pictures. Her eyeshadow a are great as well.
Urban Decay setting spray is alright, I like their de slick one better, but I have oily skin.

I've tried the real techniques sponge, it rips after a few washes. Have you seen the Lorac blush palette?

Thank you Taylor! I was looking at De-Slick as well since I have normal to oily skin but I don't think my skin is oily to the point where I'd need De-Slick. I'll just have to see (:

Jocelyne, I've heard that about the sponge too but I'm not too concerned. I saw the blush palette but I think I'd only use two of the colors. I don't think it's worth buying the whole palette for two colors.

The tarte Maracuja C brightner is my go to eye cream, as for the kvd pallet I have many others including the monarch that came out with the chrysalis one and they always get an A in my book.

I love the tarte eye cream. And anything kvd, I don't have the chrysalis palette (yet) but I have 4 of her palettes and I adore them. I also bought the lipstick set around Christmas, 9 lipsticks and it is beautiful. The ones I have go on beautifully, except one (I don't know the name but it's the shiny purple with metallic glitter in it) goes on a little patchy. But motor head is beautiful. Plus, if you put it over top of a bit of concealer it makes a very subtle yet bold berry stained nude. :) And they last without Lipliner. I never use Lipliner lol and I get a good 12 hours out of them. They also smell like crembrule (sp? The dessert lol)

Those are the only ones I use, but I've heard good things about the others.

I'm on my second sponge and haven't had that problem luckily. I still even use the old ones pointed side for highlighting:) The blush brush works really well but it's almost kind of too big for my face or something so I kind of smoosh the bristles together when I use it lol;) I got a mini size of the Tarte eye cream and I liked it a lot just not better than my Mario Badescu one. As for the It cosmetics cc cream, LOVE!!

I know you are oily. So I might suggest NARS multiple in cocoabana (sp?) it's a cream to powder stick that you can use on eyes lips and cheeks and it's gorgeous! It might suit your skin Versus the high beam because of its powder finish
