Price is almost entirely dependent upon who your stylist is and where you are, so it's sort of hard to tell how much that would be. To get rid of the red tones, you can use a green toner, but your stylist can fix that for you as well if you don't want to tone it yourself =)

No clue, that depends on what kind of hair salon you go to. At mine, it might be $60 or so, but I've never had to have that done.
