Should I change my hair color? I can't decide if the color flatters my skintone.. any ideas on what you think my be a better color? I am on the left :)

Yes, add highlights to create dimension. Get it cut to a few inches below you shoulder, straighten it, add Moroccan oil. Do side swept bangs just below the eyes. Also, you need thicker brows. They will make you look 5 years younger.
