Lilash is a lash growing serum! It works amazing! They also make a product to grow eyebrows Librow! You could try it... I mean its expensive but it works great! Other than that fill them in with a matte eyeshadow and an angled eyeshadow/eyeliner brush! It tends to look more natural than a pencil!

I know this sounds odd, but I used a serum meant for eyelashes to help my eyebrows grow/stay strong. It was by UD but I think it's discontinued. Loreal does one for about $15 I think. Also castor oil helps your eyebrows keep stand out and stay strong.
