I agree with Gisell. It was my dream in the 90s to have the Sinead O'Connor look. We had one friend who did it and she looked absolutely amazing and judging by the number of straight guys that asked her out, I don't think it makes a girl look manly. If you go full face, then it can look like drag. Try eyeliner, rosy chercks, long lashes, defined brows and ofc, flawless skin. If your foundation looks good, everything else will :) Oh, and a lip liner and some lipgloss can make you look much more feminine.
