It's about 5 years old (yes, I know, waaaaaay too long). It's from MAC and I noticed I can't swatch it no matter how hard I try, it just doesn't show. I can use it with a brush and apply it on my face, but I'm just curious. Should I stop using it?

I would definitely stop using it. 5 years is way too long to keep any product, in my opinion. If you keep it then bacteria will grow (or continue to grow if it has already) and could make you break out.

It would probably be best to let it go and get a new one, but if it's still working nicely and looking good on your skin you could keep it I guess. its really just up to you(:

I agree with Alexis, 5 years is a long time you should just go buy a new one. (:

Yes! Most makeup expires 12-18 months after opening! You can check on the packaging. Five years is definitely too long hahaha
