So, it is EXTREAMLY hot in Brazil and we have a pretry strict dress code: can't show any feet, or your shoulders, and your shorts have to be knee-lengh (but I honestly prefere pants). Any ideas? Oh! And we can't wear ripped jeans.

No dresses? That sucks. If you want to stay cool I would go with shorts but if you prefer pants I don't blame you lol. Pair your bottoms with a thin t-shirt. Wear your hair up in a ponytail or a bun. You'd be amazed at the heat that gets trapped under your hair and keeps you warm.
