When I know that I'm not doing anything for a day or two, I put my hair in a bun (any kind) at the top of my head after I take a shower and let it dry COMPLETELY, usually takes two days because it's all bundled up, and then after I feel that it's dry, I take it down, brush it out and they look beautiful and my hair smells extra yummy.

It doesn't really matter what kind of bun. I usually just flip all of my hair upside down and tie it up, it's usually still soaking wet and drips down my face a little but I just use the towel to wipe it off. Lol. That's probably why it takes two days to dry, I keep it completely soaked. You could probably let it air dry a little and then put it up, I just don't like wet hair sticking to me and stuff so I tie it up in the bun.

When you sleep on damp or wet hair, it tends to frizz, it's natural. You could try a frizz control mousse and then do bantu knots.

I tried curling my hair with bobby pins once, all you do is wet your hair, curl sections of your hair around your finger so I makes a circle, make the circle bigger or smaller depending on curl size. pin it down and sleep on it.

Put a shower cap on over it so the bobby pins have a less chance of falling out and your curls come undone. ^

You can try straw curls, sock curls, flexi rods, and pin curls!
This is the look that sock curls gave me on my straightened hair! From about a year ago!

Herbal essence tousling mouse really works! I've used it 3 times (I got it a couple days ago) after I took a shower, I towel dried my hair a little then put this in my hair and scrunched a little. after sleeping with it in, I woke up the next morning with beautiful, strong yet loose waves. I have super thick hair and the fact this actually worked for me was a miracle! nothing usually works for me but I recommend this 100%!
