Definitely loose waves and since you're wearing open shoes I would would wear long jeans to make up for the warmth and just dress it up on top. Like a satin or silk blouse, some kind of nice material and some accessories.

I agree with Kathryn. Some jeans to keep you warm and a nice blouse. It will still make you look casual but dressy at the same time. :) Good luck.

Thanks, I found my one pair of cute jeans and I'm going to get a neutral top (fitted) and finally wear one of my necklaces my mom keeps giving me for Christmas lol
