Best moisturizer for dry skin?

What is the best kind of moisturizer for dry skin? I hate moisturizers that feel greasy or oily, and the moisturizer I currently use (Simple hydrating moisturizer) is just not cutting it.

I have really sensitive skin and I just use cetaphil moisturizer.
