Where can I get an inexpensive formal dress? I need one that is floor length and preferably not sleeveless. Any idea where I can get one that is inexpensive? This is a really important event. Also I eant shoes that have pretty high heels. I always wear heels that are only like 2in but I want to try something higher. Where can I get inexpensive heels?

Try www.promgirl.com... Some of there dresses are pricey but they have a section for dresses under 100$...but it kinda depends on your price range
