Hi beauties! So I used the Sally Hansen brush on hair remover. I left it for 4-5 minutes and took it off with a damp cotton ball. Now it's all red and it was burning a lot. I put aloe Vera to soothe it. Anything I can do so it won't leave a mark? And do you think I could return it to Ulta? Thanks.

Don't be out in the sun! And wait for it to peel...I know the wait get you anxious 😁...but just time we heal it.

Don't pick at it or touch it, just leave it alone, but continue to put aloe vera on it if it continues to look irritated over the next few days. Definitely take it back to Ulta.

Yes return it! I would return it now that way you can show them that it caused burning on your upper lip. I had similar experience with those hair removers they are super strong. Like the ladies said keep on putting Aloe and make sure you apply SPF of 30 at least so it won't hyperpigment.

Yes. I had used it years ago and it was fine until a few times after it burned and left a small burn mark (has disappeared now). I'm not sure if it's my skin or if I'm rubbing too much when I remove it. But thanks for the help :)

You can try crushing a Tylenol and mix with water to make paste & Dab on area for pain.

Try diaper cream! They usually have soothing and antiseptic ingredients so they should help to take away some of the sting and they're great for reducing redness.
