My hair is a bit oily and it has many split ends, but I don't want to trim my hair to get rid of the split ends. Any ideas of what I can do to my hair to make it healthy? 🙆

You can try using an oil treatment or a hair mask over night.
Also applying a small amount of an oil of your choice to the ends only to keep them moisturized
