I can't shave my bikini area more than once a week without it being irritating or painful. I seem to get red bumps as well...I want to shave maybe every other day, but I can't without cutting the red bumps and making it worse. Any ideas?? 😫👙

Well it would be a good idea to change out your razor on a regular basis to keep it from getting dull, and to use shaving cream (be careful, you don't want it getting anywhere it shouldn't) btw the red bumps is razor burn, it used to happen to me a lot.

Shaving with a good razor like Venus or something like that makes so much difference honestly. And using baby soap helps a lot too.

I agree with making sure your razor isn't full and using shaving cream. Also, don't push your razor against your skin, the razor should be doing all the work itself so don't press it against your skin. Since your skin seems to be very sensitive I would suggest shaving with the grain instead of against it. Afterwards immediately apply some kind of lotion (make sure it's unscented and only a little bit) to moisturize the skin and hopefully prevent razor burn. If you do continue to get razor burn then get a lotion specifically for razor burn to use after you shave.

If it still bothers you try waxing strips! They make them for certain parts of your body.
