I use punky colors and it's awesome I don't do pastel but you can just mix in conditioner. I've tried manic panic which never lasted long or didn't really show up and when I used ion color brilliance absolutely nothing at all happened and I did everything the directions said to so I suggest punky colors.

I hear good things about the ion color brights. Search up How to lavender hair by maddie on youtube. It shows her end results and I think it turned out great!

It's not exactly dye but a girl on here, I believe her name is Sabrina, used purple shampoo to colour her hair. Just left it in longer than the bottle says.
