I have dry skin and when I use moisturizer my face gets super oily. What are good face washes and moisturizers to use?

Nivea soft is super moisturizing and not greasy. And for cleansing I would recommend Bioderma crealine h2o

I use St. Ives apricot scrub to get all the oil that builds up throughout the day. If you have the money, I recommend Lancôme Aqua Fusion moisturizer. It's a gel-cream that's water based so it absorbs clean with no oily residue. A little goes a long way so one tub lasts me 4-6 months :)

You need to exfoliate. Your problem is an indication of products not able to penetrate effectively. I would cleanse with an oil, use Retin A or Renova, and follow with a moisturizer that is either an oil or oil base patted on. It sounds counterintuitive, but you are balancing the skin.

Oh, and use a primer that is not silicone based before makeup. A BB cream would suit you well.
