I have the NYX eye pencil in Cottage Cheese and it is the most amazing highlighter. For inner eye and sometimes I'll blend some on my cheekbone. It's highly pigmented and super pretty. (Despite the color name lol)

They have started selling these things in the drug store section by a brand called J. CAT beauty and they are called wonder lip paints. they're amazing! I've heard they're a dupe of occ lip tars! and they're only 4.99 each.
