They look a bit brassy to me but honestly, because your hair is so dark (I'm assuming the hairdresser only used a low volume peroxide) it's normal for your hair to be this caramel shade after one bleach from such dark hair.

You could try using a toner or a purple shampoo a couple of times a week. You're supposed to wait at least 4 weeks between bleaching so if you had this done at a hairdresser, that's what they'll tell you and schedule another appointment for after the 4 weeks. I think finding a toner would help to make your caramel colour look a little softer.

Make sure you look for a blue based one though, same with the purple shampoo, try and find one with a blue base. It'll help cancel out the orange and leave it a nice ash shade.
