Dry skin HELP

My skin is ridiculously dry, no matter what I do. I use a heavy duty twice a day, plus an additional moisturizer with my bb cream in the morning. Nothing seems to be working and I don't know what to do 😩

What else do you use on your face? I also have very dry skin and I find that using a cleansing balm in the morning really helps because it hydrates like nothing else, and then I use a moisturizer on top of it.

I wash my face with a sensitive cerave face wash, and I use a thick cetaphil moisturizer after. And when using my bb cream, I mix it with some oil free off brand moisturizer.
