Skin, hair diy soaps ect but be carful when it comes to hair as if your prone to oily hair even if its not at the time, don't put it in your hair as it will make you your hair soo oily as it did with mine :) but overall its an amazing oil

I know a lot of people use it as a hair mask or a skin moisturizer (not for the face), and some people use it as a lip balm. I found that it dried out my lips, made my hair dry and weighed down, and when I put it on my hands I got really red and my skin was cracking, not moisturizing at all. But I also think I may be allergic since no one else has haf these issues.
My hair was probably dry though due to me having to wash my hair a bunch of times to get the oil out, and when some got on my head I was red and had a really dry scalp for about a week

I use it as a moisturizer in the shower (I rub it in during a shower so I can skip lotion all together after I hop out) :3.

Haha noooo oil pulling is when you swish an oil of your choice around in your mouth for 20 mins in the morning before eating to rid your mouth of bacteria and toxins that you would normally ingest throughout the day. Some have said it improves dental health and they have not gotten sick since starting to oil pull!

I will warn you it's a bit of a shock to the system the first time! It was pretty gross to me. But I think if you can stand it and remain consistent you will be happy with the results :)
