I always hear of people breaking them but I've dropped mine soooo many times and it is fine. It is a special addition so maybe it's built better than the cheapest Chis you can get but I'm not sure?

I adore my chi, but my mom got it for me so I'm not exactly sure if its worth it. However I had a Remington one before and the chi keeps my hair straight longer and straightens quicker

I love my chi flat iron I feel like it just glides on my hair. I feel like my hair doesn't break as much. I had the chi iron guard but after getting Its a ten for free from the Ulta rewards I feel like it works better and the little bottle lasts me at least 6 months. I'm obsessed with it!!
