Whitening strips are the easiest way. Other than those, I have found that a pre-brush rinse really makes a difference. Listerine used to make one I think but I use the target brand. Regular use of a whitening toothpaste and mouthwash would help as well. And don't forget to floss :)

Whitening strips are specially for people with perfectly straight teeth, even the slightest imperfection and it doesn't work properly, so if you have a few teeth out of place, like me, I suggest 5 minute whitening kit and definitely a whitening tooth paste. Don't do any at home remedies as they are too harsh for your teeth. I recently picked up a whitening brush from the dollar store called dazzling white instant whitening pen but I have yet to use it. There are a lot of things out there, you just have to experiment with them and see what works best for you, as everyone is different.

My husband is a dentist and he would kill me for saying this but... If you brush with baking soda it really does make a moderate difference. Just don't do it continuously for a long time. Otherwise, try Rembrandt toothpaste and some whitening strips.

KAYHRYN!! Tsk tsk! But she is right just please please please don't do it excessively! It's abrasive and it'll erode your enamel, which you can't get back.

The best thing I have used is Super smile it has an ingredient called calprox that will whitening your teeth and protect your enamel at the same time and it just a toothpaste , I definitely don't recommend using baking soda because for your teeth to get noticeably white you need to do it often and using baking soda is very damaging if it not already formulated in the toothpaste.

Do not use anything acidic (fruits) or abrasive (baking soda) to whiten your teeth. Using a whitening treatment containing peroxide (toothpastes with whitening, mouthwashes, strips/gels) will remove the surface stains without significant damage to the enamel. Sometimes you may experience sensitivity, especially if you use a highly concentrated whitening kit. In that case, switch to a gentle toothpaste like Sensodyne and discontinue whitening.

You can help your teeth stay white by brushing (or at least rinsing) after meals, avoiding food and drink that stains (coffee, wine, tea, berries), and not smoking (nicotine causes yellowing, amongst other damage).

@Shanae exciting news if you wanna try crest w hitestrips again! I used to not be able to either but they are flexible now so they kind of stretch plus you can use your nail or something to wedge it between teeth too:)

I had trays made but you can get trays you mold at home with hot water. I use the strips then put my molds on over top to push it into my teeth and ridges, I normally use actual teeth bleach, and because my teeth are all miss aligned (I have too many teeth for my mouth) I'll paint the bleach on as well as put a little in my tray and then squish it on. That way you also don't get Nasty bleach squirting out of the tray and leaking into your mouth.... Well that's my tip ;)
