You can put birth control pills in your shampoo or drink prenatal liquid to make your hair and nails grow faster!

It will make your hair and nails stronger after awhile but it won't make it grow any faster unfortunately, it's all up to genetics.

Take care of it if you don't have much rush. Wash your hair with Pantene, then after you dry it, put some coconut oil (works best if organic). Thats what I do anyways.
