I've used bio oil for other things as well, and it takes quite awhile for you to notice results.

Vitamin e oil and Mederma scar gel. Using both of those on my surgical scars helped a lot.

Anybody know where you can get pure vitamin E oil?

Pure vitamin e oil should be available in most health food shops :)

Worth a try, too, is generic nappy/diaper cream. They have soothing and antiseptic ingredients and work really well to get rid of redness :)
