French braid, braided bun, fishtail... I would say braids and then wear them during the day and then sleep in it at night, take it out in the morning and you have curls!! xx

Normal braids give you crimps/waves, whereas I find fishtails give me actual curls. You could also bantu knot it for curls.

I put my hair in a bun.. I know it's not a braid, but the next day it gives me really nice soft curls...
