Looks good for a clean cut. Personally, I'd add some bruised skin around it and maybe few drops of "blood."

A few drugstore eyeliners and body paints from when I was a kid. I apologize for not listing, the names have worn off of most of them! the dried blood is nail polish :)

Wow! I think you did really really well!! Only thing I would do is add a little black on the inside to add depth, but it looks great already! You did very well!! :)
