What's the difference between these two? Is one for more mixed hair and one is for more African American hair? I would like to know the difference.. To me the consistency looks the same but does one work better than the other?

The Shea moisture is more natural that's all I know.

Shea moisture is more organic. I don't use this specific curling soufflé, but I use the co wash of the coconut and hibiscus line and I have mixed hair. I love it!

Shea moisture is my go to brand, but I love the coconut and hibiscus curl enhancing smoothie because it gives me awesome hold without making my curls crunchy. They are both for curly hair, mixed hair and even wavy hair so I don think you would lose out on the benefits for curls on either one! I just generally go for Shea moisture! And the coconut and hibiscus line smell lovely!

I loved the Shea moisture but now that my hairs super short it makes it kinda stiff and disgusting. :(
