I got off Accutane about a year ago! My skin was much worse but after having clear skin for a year, I used the Nars radiant creamy concealer and 🙅🙅🙅 my skin did not agree. So I switched to the kat Von d concealer and so far so good. The pimples from the breakout are gone/ are almost gone, but I want to take good care of my skin! I have some scarring from them and such. What should I do? I have very sensitive skin.

Congrats on your clear skin! :) Scarring will go away with time. Make sure you exfolate about 3 times a week and this will help new skin to come to the surface as old, scarred skin goes away. Make sure you ALWAYS wear sunscreen on your face and this will help scarring to not become darker from the sunlight.

Vitamin E oil has helped with dark spots and scars. I have super senaitive dry skin and I mix Radiance (got at CVS) Vitamin E Oil with my moisturizer (all you need are a couple of drops) and it really helps my skin. Now if they are pitted acne scars there's not a lot to do to get rid of them besides going to a derm and see what treatments they offer for this issue. I would be careful with exfoliating, everyone is different so you could end up over exfoliating and making your skin worse. I highly recommend a Clairsonic. I've had mine 3 years and it is more than worth it, you just need to make sure you use the right brush for your skin type (I use the delicate), not overuse (I use mine once a day @ night after removing makeup). Best thing I ever did for my skin.
