Estée Lauder Double Wear! It has great coverage and doesn't break down from my skin's oils. I'm not sure what the SPF is, though, if there's any. I also prime with NYX Photo Loving Primer.

Good drugstore ones for oily skin are covergirl 3 in 1, revlon colorstay and Maybelline superstay 24hr

Any matte finish foundation or powder would do, but I always feel that investing in a great mattifying primer will be very beneficial

I know it sounds counterintuitive, but do you moisturize? If you moisturize with a product with SPF, let it sink in completely (because the 30 SPF or higher will always give a white cast to your face) One of the reason your skin will kick out oil is that it is dry. My makeup always lasts better when I moisturize first and powder after my foundation.
