I often get these little bumps that seem like there inside of the skin dotted around my face mainly on the cheek area but they are not red but make the skin tone look uneven and skin looks abit bumpy so when I apply make up, often left with an unclean look and affects make up application! They do not itch or hurt, there just sort of there... Does anybody know what they are and how to get rid of them?

It could be eczema, if you have the same thing anywhere on the rest of your body, then that's probably the case.

Do a lot of exfoliating. I had those bumps all over my body and when I would shower and wash myself with my exfoliating gloves it dramatically changed my skin and now my legs are so much smoother.

It could be just acne... or whiteheads? I don't know I have those and I went to the dermatologist about it.. she said their just ance or some sort.. I don't know but I'm pretty sure you're just breaking out.
