Johnsons Baby Shampoo clear Skin?

Recently I ran out of my facewash, which didnt do wonders for my skin... I found some Johnson's Baby Shampoo lying around... And also saw it on an Acacia Clark video... So I used it, and have been using it for 3 days. It helped my skin, but has it helped anyone else?
