Okay so lately I've been wanting something different, and I figure I could change up my hair. what kind of style or cuts do you think would suit me? I'm on the right in the picture.

I like the length of your hair. It's so long and pretty. I'd change up the bangs though. I don't know what to suggest though because you have a completely different face shape than I do. Try searching up hair cuts for your face shape ☺️

If you want a huge change , you could try a long bob and may be a darker colour for your hair, I think it will accentuate your eyes. Something like this:
