I'm going on a shopping spree next fall before school starts. I'm spending 200 on clothes and 100 on beauty
I'm spending 40 on skincare (includes makeup remover wipes, cleansers, moisturizer, ect
35 on hair (shampoos,conditioner, brush, Bobby pins,hair ties,ect)
25 on makeup.
I have normal skin with a little dryness in between my brows
dryish, some what flaky hair
I'm looking for a full coverage heavy duty concealer, mascara, eyeliner, and some new brushes and tools
I love elf and would love recommendations for them
by the way its all going to be drugstore
I have never had acne except for a few colorless bumps here and there but they always go away
if you need any clarifications about my hair or skin or anything like that feel free to ask
recommendations ready set go! :-)

Oh and just so there's no confusion the 40,35,and 25 dollars are all part of the one hundred dollars on beauty, and it doesn't have to be exact. just keep if under one hundred.

For concealer I find the nyx concealer wand. It has great coverage and staying power.
Mascara: Revlon bold lacquer
liner: Rimmel Scandaleyes kohl liner or revlon colorstay mechanical pencil.

I agree with the NYX HD Concealer and I also suggest the NYX Eyebrow Cake Powder, Matte Lipsticks, and Blush in Taupe for contouring.

I also suggest the Maybelline Great Lash Mascara and Eyestudio Gel Liner.

love the ELF Eyeshadow Brush, Blending Brush, and Defining Eye Brush (I believe that's what it's called, it's an angled eye brush).

I like the elf cream eyeliner and their eye brushes, their face brushes aren't the best so I would buy them individually for a dollar a brush.

I agree Alexis' suggestions. I honestly don't buy a lot of drugstore brands but nyx is great, I feel they are better than elf and some products aren't too much more. their concealer wand is great, and I love their lipsticks for 5$. if you go with elf brushes get the studio line, but I'd suggest real techniques.
skin care I don't buy drugstore price skincare either but I'd suggest maybe trying sephora or ulta and getting a kit
hair I love batiste dry shampoo
