I think that'd be adorable on your hip.
That beig said I have a tattoo on my hip as well and just a heads up holy crap if it is on your hip bone it hurts. lol. tolerable but ouch. since its your first tattoo I felt the need to warn you. that was my second so I knew what to expect.
Don't forget to use A&D on it and don't pick or peel the skin when it starts peeling. don't itch it.

I'd be more concerned about weight gain with pregnancy later on in life ( not an issue with all women) that it could potentially alter the tat after. just a thought to consider. I know I gained weight everywhere and if I had a tat on my hip youd have no idea what itd be now lol.

I don't recommend getting a design like this on your inner finger. It would have to be so small to fit and the design will just all melt together as you get older. I like the design I would just watch your size and placement.
