New Hair Color: Yay Or Nay?

Hello lovelies! tomorrow I have a hair appointment and am a bit indecisive on what I should do. my plan was to dye my hair a dark red brown color, until I stumbled upon a gorgeous ombre photo of a cherry to pale pinky orange shade and fell in love! Currently my hair is ombré, and has been for ageeeeees. it's naturally dark brown at the roots and lightens to a golden chestnut shade at the ends. I'm mega pale and have green eyes. so what do you ladies think? could I pull off this new hair color, or should I stick to a plain dark auburn shade? or do you think something entirely different would suit me better? thanks a ton!
